This notice explains how StartupCrafters, LLC (California) (“StartupCrafters”, “we”), the data controller, handles the personal data you provide when applying to the 1QRx independent sales-rep program. Questions or requests: dev@aimshreem.com.

What we collect

The information you submit: your name, email, phone, the résumé you upload or paste, your answers to the application questions, your consent record, and a summary/transcript of your conversation with our AI assistant.

Why we use it

Solely to evaluate your application, contact you, schedule a meeting, and (if you advance) move you to the next step. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis & consent

We process your data on the basis of your consent, captured at the consent step, consistent with India's DPDP Act and applicable US state privacy laws. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Retention

We keep application data for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymize it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and a copy of what we hold, by emailing dev@aimshreem.com.

Security

Your résumé is stored in isolated storage, scanned, and never executed. Access is restricted to authorized members of the hiring team. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS).
